I have to say I am very Blessed to have had such a Wonderful Pap.I miss you very much, and there isn't a day goes by that I don't think about you and Gram. I am the husband Of Shelva Imler Shives and have A lot of memories of her father Fred. He was a very loving kind man who has always been there for us all. I truly never have known a harder working man in my life. I remember going there for dinner and he had all ready worked sometimes 12 hours or more and after the meal would put his work hat on and kiss his wife Agnes and told her he loved her and off to work he went again to lay block for the buisness. He was never content unless he was doing something. Fred And Agnes have always been there for me and my family. I am so lucky to have such a beautiful wife and daughters. Every time I hear a the sound of a hammer pounding I think of him. I am happy thanks to our Lord that he is pain free and walking and holding hands with his wife Agnes and their first born.
