                                             Jeanette Minnie Rhodes

Jeanette Minnie Rhodes, age 80, of North Spring Street, Everett, died at 7:00 PM , Friday, May 2nd, 2008 at Bon Secours Hospital, Altoona.

Mrs. Rhodes was born in Cumberland Valley Twp., on April 8, 1928,  the daughter of the late Walter  A.  Price and Margaret (Fletcher) Price.

Jeanette was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother.  She was a mother to anyone who needed her.

She was the wife of Joseph L. Rhodes, Sr. whom she married on May 9, 1945.

In addition to her husband she is survived by Son- Joseph L. Rhodes, Jr husband of  Jan (Lake), Everett; Daughter- Christine Spicer and John McNoldy, Everett; Daughter- Sarah McNoldy, Bedford; Son- George "Steve" husband of  Pam (Lake) Rhodes, Everett; Daughter- Judy wife of  Daniel Rush, Everett; Son- Mark Rhodes and Fiancé Gina Hart, Mechanicsburg; Son- Kevin husband of  Kathy (Reffner) Rhodes, Everett; Son- Kenny husband o f  Kathy (Henry) Rhodes, Loysburg; Son- Rocky husband of  Barbara (Harr) Rhodes, New Paris; Daughter- Paula wife of  Dennis Perrin, Clearville; Beloved Best Friend- Marlene Rhodes, Everett; Brother- Asbury Price, Bedford; Sister- Marie Shaffer, Bedford; Sister- Sarah Weimer, FL. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren,  4 great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by 9 brothers and sisters.

A funeral service will be held  at the new Geisel Funeral Home, Everett at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 6th, 2008 with Rev. Curtis Bryant officiating.

Interment at Frame Church Cemetery, Everett.

Friends are invited to call Monday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM and Tuesday 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the new Geisel Funeral Home of Everett.
