                                 OBITUARY                   June 15, 2008

                                                   G. Lucile  Barber

 

 

 

G. Lucile  Barber, age 70, of Maple Drive, Everett, died at 9:15 AM , Saturday, June 14th, 2008 at home.

 Mrs. Barber was born in Everett, on Saturday, June 19, 1937,  daughter of the late Clifford and Mary E. (Cessna) Foor.

Lucile was a bank teller at the Everett Bank for 24 years, then worked at G & L Gems for 5 years, at Hoke-E-Geez's for 3 years, and was a housewife.  She was a member of  Tatesville United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Barber was the wife of H. Dean  Barber, whom she married on January 14, 1955.

In addition to her husband she is survived by Son- Rodney husband of  Karen (England) Barber, Everett; Son- Randy husband of  Donna (Hood) Barber, Everett; Daughter- LuAnn Smith, Sharpsville; Daughter- Marylou wife of  Mark Baker, Sharon; Sister- Donna Barber, Bedford; Sister- Nancy Ford, Saxton. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren-Adam, Ashley, Seth, Kate, Dillon, Brittney, and Andrew.  She was preceded in death by an infant brother-Donald, and brother Vincent.

A funeral service will be held  at the Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., Everett at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 18th, 2008 with Pastor Rick Fluke officiating.

Interment at Everett Cemetery.

Friends are invited to call Tuesday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM and Wednesday 10-11 AM at the  Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., Everett.
