OBITUARY March 28, 2007
Thomas S. Connor
Mr. Thomas S. Connor, age 81, of Main Street, Spotswood, NJ, died at 5:10 PM
Tuesday March 27th 2007 at the
home of his daughter, Lisa.
Mr. Connor was born in Greensburg, PA on Tuesday, January 19, 1926, the son of
the late Thomas S., Sr. and Collete
(Head) Connor.
He was a driver for Carolina Freight in Carlisle, PA and later in Linden, NJ,
and served in the U. S. Navy during WW II.
Mr. Connor was a member of Immaculate Conception Church of Spotswood and the
Knights of Columbus the
Spotswood American Legion Post and New Baltimore Sportsman's Club.
Tom was the widower of Louise Mae (Restly) Connor, who preceded him in death on
November 22, 2003.
He is survived by Daughter- Janet (Connor) wife of Anthony Miele, Manalapan, NJ;
Daughter- Lisa (Connor) wife of
Steve Pepitone, Buena, NJ; Son- Thomas S. Connor, III, Freehold, NJ; Son-Mark
Connor, Spotswood, N.J.; Son Patrick
Connor, Spotswood, NJ; Sister- Marian Beck, Florida, He is also survived by 9
grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John
the Baptist Catholic Church at 10:00 AM on Saturday March 31st with Father
Allen Zeth, celebrant.
Committal Services will be held at St. Johns Cemetery, New Baltimore with military rites accorded by the Fort Bedford
Honor Guard.
Friends are invited to call Friday 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral
Home, Schellsburg.
