                                                 Russell E. Fritz, Sr.

Russell E. Fritz, Sr, age 94, of Walnut Street, Bedford, PA , died at 9:45 PM , Tuesday, November 13th, 2007 at home.

Mr. Fritz was born in New Buena Vista, Bedford County, PA on November 29, 1912, son of the late John and Grace (Corley) Fritz.

He was the owner/operator of Fritz Electric Appliance Store in Bedford.

Russell was the widower of Grace (Hershberger) Fritz.

He is survived by Daughter- Myra Jean wife of Robert L. Deist, Bedford; Son- Russell E. Fritz, Jr husband of Joan Fritz, Bedford. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren-Neil Deist, Lisa (Deist) Cornman wife of Jason, Karl Fritz, Britta Quick wife of Kevin of VA., and Rudi Fritz, and 2 great grandaughters-Morgan Cornman & Sydney Quick.
He was preceded in death by two sisters-Mary Hillegass & Lucy Sembower, and a brother Lawrence R. Fritz.

A funeral service will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford, PA. at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 15th, 2007 with Rev. Joseph Shawley officiating.

Interment at Mt. Union Cemetery Mench, Bedford County, PA.
