                                                 LouElla Boor Lewis

LouElla Boor Lewis , 84, of Everett, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at home. She was born August 8, 1923, the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Knisley Boor and the sister of the late Oscar, Roy, Virgil, and Donald Boor.
 

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Tenley Lewis, in July 2006. Prior to her retirement she worked as the buyer for Kenny Kardon's Children Shops. Her interests included solving crossword puzzles, playing bridge, and reading. She attended the Grace Brethren Church in Tatesville.

She is survived by Daughter Mary Kay Krause of Murrysville, PA; Son, John T. Lewis and wife Rosemary of Frederick, MD; Daughter, Ann L. Binford and husband Robert of Fort Wayne , IN.  "Nana" had seven grandchildren; Amy Drahusz and husband David of Jeannette, PA; Beth Wetzel and husband Brian of Greensburg, PA; Eric A. Krause and wife Dina of Murrysville, PA; Jennifer Michenfelder and husband Jeffrey of Simpsonville, SC; Rebecca Kinloch and husband Bill of Mt. Airy, MD; Rachel Petranka and husband Jeremy of Durham, NC; and Jeffrey R. Binford of Parkville, MD, and nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving her are sisters-in-law Esther Meloy of Huntingdon, PA and Lois Boor of Martinsburg, PA .
 

A private graveside service will be held on November 3, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont, PA.
