                                                    Gladys M. Miller

Mrs. Gladys M. Miller, age 87, of Helixville Road, Schellsburg, died at 2:40 PM , Sunday, March 4th, 2007 at her home.

Mrs. Miller was born in Central City, on Wednesday, March 12, 1919, the daughter of the late Harry and Amanda (Pebley) Growden- Weyant.

She was affiliated with the Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church. and was a housewife.

Gladys was the wife of Edmund L. Miller, whom she married March 14, 1936, her death ends a marriage union of over 70 years.

In addition to her husband she is survived by Son- R. Dean Miller husband of Sandra Callihan, Dillsburg; Daughter- Melda M. wife of Carl E. Smith, Jr., Schellsburg; Son- Delmas W. Miller husband of Pansy F. Sivits, Schellsburg; Daughter- Linda K. wife of John S. Kot, Schellsburg; Sister- Evelyn Miller, New Paris; Sister- Mary Catherine wife of Ted Eicher, Alum Bank; Brother- Ralph Weyant, Jr., Trenton, FL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
Gladys was preceded in death by a daughter - Erma K. Miller, 2 brothers - Leroy & Robert Weyant, a sister - Lois Winegardner.

A Funeral Service will be held at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg, at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 7th, with Pastor Joseph Shawley officiating.

Interment at Schellsburg Cemetery.
