                                 OBITUARY                   April 10, 2008

                                               Kathleen M. Snyder

Mrs. Kathleen M. Snyder, age 77, of Cortland Road, New Paris,  died at 5:30  PM , Wednesday, April 9th, 2008 at Windber Hospice,

Mrs. Snyder was born in New Paris, on , Monday, October 20, 1930,   the daughter of the late Charles and Edna (Weaver) Mitchell.

She was a housewife and a member of the Dunnings Creek Church of the Brethren.

Kathleen was the widow of Orville W. Snyder, whom she married March 22, 1954 and he preceded her in death April 8, 1991.

She is survived by  Son- Neil E. Snyder, Schellsburg; Son- Gregg A. husband of  Lisa Seese, New Paris; Daughter- Doreen K. wife of  Alan Noel, Osterburg; Daughter- Clara E. wife of  Todd Kline, Schellsburg; Daughter- Valerie M. wife of  David Wertz, Schellsburg; Son- Lee C. husband of  Trudy Larson, New Paris; Sister- Audrey wife of  Roy Mellott, Butler. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and a great grandson.

 Kathleen was preceded in death by a granddaughter - Kristin Dawn Snyder, 3 brothers - Raymond, Lewis and Richard Mitchell.

A Funeral Service will be held  at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg,  at 11: 00  AM on Saturday, April 12th, 2008  with Rev. Alan Brumbaugh,  officiating.

Interment at Cuppett  Cemetery, New Paris,.
 
Friends are invited to call Friday 2 to 4 & 7 to 9  PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.
