                                                     Floyd R. Wertz

Mr. Floyd R. Wertz, age 75, of Watson Road, Manns Choice, died Thursday, December 7th, 2006 at Pennknoll Village,
 

Mr. Wertz was bom in Manns Choice, on Saturday, May 30,1931, the son of the late Clarence and Pearl (Hillegass)
Wertz.
 

He worked and retired as a welder at Rockland Manufacturing in Bedford and was a lifetime member of the Manns Choice
United Methodist Church.
 

Floyd was the husband ofVhrian (Helman) Wertz, whom he married December 29,1955..
 

In addition to his wife he is survived by Daughter- Teresa A. wife of James Hranica, Tipp City, Ohio; Son- Dr. Stephen R.
husband of Barbara Blakey, New Port Ritchie, FL; Brother- Harold E. husband of Doris Hershberger, Manns Choice;
Sister- Adrienne L. wife of James Fisher, Bedford. Floyd is also survived by 2 grandchildren - Demee and Michael Hranica,
and was preceded in death by a sister - Mildred Holler & a brother - Blaine Wertz.
 

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, December 11, 2006 at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg,.
 

Interment at Bedford County Memorial Park.
