Mrs. Connie R ."MamMam" Gauthier, age 68, of Osterburg, (St. Clairsville), died at 4:15 AM , Sunday, June 24th, 2012 at Nason Hospital, Roaring Spring,
Mrs. Gauthier was born in Osterburg, on Wednesday, December 1, 1943, daughter of the late J. Russell and K. Omelia (Corl) Fickes.
She was a housewife and a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church - St. Clairsville. but attended The Everett Assembly of God Church with her family.
Connie was the widow of Donald J. Gauthier, Sr., whom she married April 20, 1943 and he preceded her in death on March 23, 2002..
She is survived by Daughter- Doris Rae wife of Karsten A. Aarhus, II, Sproul; Son- Donald R. Gauthier, Jr., Adairville, KY; Son- Patrick E. Gauthier husband of Tracey L. Aikey, Everett; Sister- Doris Cripe, Bedford; Sister- Shirley Nicodemus, Imler; Brother- Bernard Fickes husband of Laura, Bedford; Brother- Zane Fickes, Florida. Connie is also survived by 5 Grandchildren - Michael Miller and fiancee Maddie Bittner, Garth Aarhus, Devin Gauthier, Beau & Byler Aikey; adopted grandchildren - Kelsea, Kyra, Joshie, Chelsey, Chrystal & Christopher. She was preceded in death by a Brother - Donnie Fickes.
A Funeral Service will be held at Geisel Funeral Home, Pleasantville at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 28th, with Pastor John Wiley, officiating.
Interment at Osterburg Community Cemetery, .
Friends are invited to call on Wednesday 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM at Jack Geisel Funeral Home, Pleasantville.
