Mrs. Margaret E. Telmanik, 87, of Carol Ave., Greencastle, formerly of Country Ridge Road, Bedford, died at 11:03 AM, Monday, June 4th, 2012 at the Shook Home, Chambersburg.
Mrs. Telmanik was born in Napier Township on Tuesday, June 10, 1924, the daughter of the late Harold D. and Carrie (Smith) Miller.
On July 27, 1944, she married Andrew Telmanik. He preceded her in death on July 15, 2007.
She is survived by Daughter- Claire T. wife of Bruce Drury, Bethesda, MD; Daughter- Lynne wife of Robert Wilkinson, Greencastle. Peg is also survived by four grandchildren, Christopher, John, Daniel and Brian, and three great grandchildren, Jackson, Simon and Caelyn. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Alvin Miller and Mahlon Miller
Peg was a homemaker and a former member of the Point Church of the Brethren.
A funeral service will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 9th, 2012 with Rev. Blanche Burr officiating.
Interment will be held at Fishertown Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call on Saturday from 9:00 - 11:00 AM at the funeral home in Bedford.
