Barbara S. (Mitchell) Kerrick

Barbara S. Kerrick, 66, of New Paris, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023 at Pennknoll Village, Everett.

Barbara was born in Windber on August 5, 1957, daughter of the late Bennett and Patricia (Richards) Mitchell.

On September 6th, 2012 she married the late Andrew Kerrick.

She is survived by daughter- Miranda Elliott, of Goldsboro, NC.; stepdaughter- Melissa wife of Jase Deffibaugh, of Osterburg; brother- Frank husband of Linda Mitchell, of Schellsburg; brother- Ralph husband of Sherry Mitchell, of Alum Bank; sister- Stephanie wife of Butch Barefoot, of Alum Bank; along with 3 grandchildren: Dallas Elliott, Rylee and Aiden Deffibaugh; and great-grandson: Braylynn Elliott.

Barbara was a member of Christ Victory Church.

She enjoyed spending time outside, working in her garden and planting flowers. She also enjoyed crafting.

At Barbara’s request, there will be no viewing or funeral service.
