Beverly J. (Shippey) Stiffler

Beverly J. Stiffler, 80, of Glade Pike, Manns Choice went to her eternal home with Jesus on Thursday, January 27, 2023 at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Mrs. Stiffler was born on October 13, 1942 in Juniata Twp., at home, daughter of the late Ralph S. and Mary E. (Adams) Shippey.

On April 16, 1966 she married Thomas G. Stiffler.

Along with her husband- Thomas she is survived by son- Steven G. Stiffler, granddaughter- Marabeth Stiffler, brother- S. Alton Shippey and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, twin sister- Barbara Deeter, brother- Ned Shippey and brother-in-law- Jack Deeter.

Beverly was a spectacular homemaker, nothing was ever out of place and she kept a warm inviting home for her family.

She was a member of the American Bell Association, having a collection of over 300 bells.

Beverly was a 1960 graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School.

She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Manns Choice. Beverly enjoyed reading her daily Bible Devotion and spent time daily in her Bible.

Family and Friends may call on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 10-11AM with a Funeral Service at 11:00AM at Trinity United Church of Christ, Manns Choice with Pastor Cheryl Ward officiating.

Interment at Dry Ridge Cemetery, Manns Choice.
