Mr. Charles E. "Charlie" Williams, 74, of Chelsea Lane, Schellsburg, died at 3:15 AM, Sunday, January 27th, 2013 at Pennknoll Village.
Mr. Williams was born in Glen Elg, MD on Thursday, May 26, 1938, the son of the late Charles A. and Burdine (Clement) Williams
On December 15, 1993, he married Carol Jean (Robinette) Williams. In addition to his wife he is survived by Daughter- Cindy wife of Larry Mullen, North Bangor, NY; Daughter- Linda wife of Larry Lowry, Woodstock, MD; Daughter- Roxann wife of Norman Farley, Hagerstown, MD; Step Son- Kenneth Burket, Schellsburg; Brother- Edward Williams, Westminister, MD; Sister- Ann Roach, Catonsville, MD; Sister- Paulette Raphel, Catonsville, MD. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jewel Richards and by two infant sisters
Charlie was affiliated with the United Church of Schellsburg. He was a welder for the Donn Corporation in Elkridge, MD for 22 years.
A Funeral Service will be held at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 30th, 2013 with Rev. Ruth Shaver officiating.
Interment will be held at Schellsburg Cemetery .
Friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
