Fay L. Diehl, 99, of Manns Choice, Pennsylvania went home to be with the Lord peacefully on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin. 

Fay was born in Juniata Twp. on March 30, 1927, daughter of the late Rolla and Effie (Deaner) Hillegass. On June 12, 1952, she married her husband Alvie F. Diehl, who preceded her in death on February 16, 2004.

She is survived by son- Allan husband of Christina (Walker) Diehl, of Manns Choice; son- Kenneth husband of Patty (Machol) Diehl, of Hockley, TX; daughter-in-law- Sara (Reisch) Holler, of Hershey; eight grandchildren: Starla, Barry, Lindsay, Christy, Tammy, Kirsten, Jacob, Adam, and four great-grandchildren. Fay is preceded in death along with her parents, husband, son- Ronald Holler, and sister- Irene Mowry Gore. 

Fay was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Dry Ridge. She was a cook at the Manns Choice Elementary School. 

A viewing will be held Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 5-8 PM at Geisel-Styer Funeral Homes, Schellsburg and on Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 1-2 PM at Trinity United Church of Christ, Manns Choice.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at 2 PM at Trinity United Church of Christ with Jay Shaffer officiating.

Interment will be at Dry Ridge Cemetery, Manns Choice, PA.
