Harry William Mortimore, 88, of Bedford, Pennsylvania passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
Harry was born in Bedford on August 3, 1936, son of the late James and Helen (Clites) Mortimore.
On October 13, 1958, he married his wife Mary Margaret (Biddle) Mortimore.
He is survived by daughter- Deborah Birch, of Bedford; son- Harry "Butch" husband of Suzie (Lochner) Mortimore, of Bedford; sisters: Joyce wife of Jim Comp, of Centerville; Donna Holler widow of Frank Holler, of Bard; Rita wife of Randy College, of Point; and brother- Johnny husband of Sandy (Smith) Mortimore, of Wolfsburg; seven grandchildren: Charles, Michael, Wesly, Tim, Jesse, Shelby, Michael and five great-grandchildren. Harry is preceded in death by sister- Madaline Zimmers, and brothers: James, Lawrence, Richard "Dick", Jerry and Tom Mortimore
He enjoyed spending time with his family, and watching the wildlife at the house.
At the request of Harry, services will be private.
