Heidi A. (Witpractiger) Dishong

Mrs. Heidi A. Dishong, 54, of Cozy Retreat Lane, Schellsburg, went on to glory on Monday, February 1st, 2016 at her home.

Heidi was born in Johnstown on Wednesday, November 15, 1961, daughter of the Raymond Witpractiger of Plymouth, CA and the late Rosemary E. (Hughes) Witpractiger-Jackson.

She is survived by  Son- Benjamin P. husband of  Krista (Corle) Dishong, Osterburg; Son- Zachariah R. husband of  Kia Marie (Hill) Dishong, Osterburg; Brother- David R. Witpractiger, San Jose, CA; Brother- Daniel J. Witpractiger, San Jose, CA; Sister- Susan M. wife of  Matt Harr, Schellsburg. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Wyatt, Lillian, Nevaeh, Josephine, Xander, Genevieve & Waylon.

Heidi was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Brethren Bible Church.  She enjoyed horseback riding, taking care of her horses and spending time with her sons and grandchildren.  Heidi was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.  She will be greatly missed .

A memorial service will be held at the Faith Brethren Bible Church, New Paris at 11:30 AM on Monday, February 8th, 2016 with Pastor James Espenshade officiating.

Interment will be held at Schellsburg Cemetery.

Friends are invited to call on Monday from 10:00 - 11:30 AM at the church.
