Marian R. (Sell) Bollman

Mrs. Marian R. Bollman, 88, of Bedford, died Tuesday, May 17th, 2016 at her home.

Mrs. Bollman was born in Allentown on Saturday, October 15, 1927,  the daughter of the late James and Mamie (Pennepecker) Sell.

She was the wife of Albert M. Bollman, who preceded her in death on May 27, 1985.

She is survived by  Daughter- Sharon wife of  Mark Hollar, Everett; Son- Dennis P. widower of  Linda Sell, Somerset. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Wayne Christopher, Charles, Jessica, Jason, who was reared in Marian's home, Angie & Lottie, 17 great grandchildren,  one great great grandson.  She was preceded in death by two brother, Charles & Ralph and by two sisters, Pauline & Emma.

Marian was baptized at the Bedford Road Baptist Church in Cumberland, Maryland.  She worked for 38 years at the South Midway Plaza doing many different jobs.  Marian loved taking bus trips to the casinos at Rocky Gap & Atlantic City.  She was very talented at crocheting, winning several awards for her work at the Bedford County Fair.  Marian was a loving mother grandmother, aunt and friend and she will be missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford, at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 23rd, 2015 with Pastor John Bennett officiating.

Interment will be held at Ritchey Cemetery.

Friends are invited to call on Sunday from 2:00 - 6:00 PM at the Geisel Funeral Home in Bedford.
