Marilyn J. Crissey

Marilyn J. Crissey, 83, of Manns Choice, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at UPMC Altoona Hospital, Altoona.

Marilyn was born in Central City on April 9, 1940, daughter of the late Willis Grant Custer and Genevieve E. (Meck) Custer.

On September 6, 1958, she married her husband Kirby Lee Crissey Sr., who preceded her in death on October 14, 2001.

She is survived by daughter- Tammi L. McKenzie, of Everett; daughter- Pamela Jean Crissey, of Manns Choice; daughter- Trena L. Branhan, of OH.; son- Ike husband of Stacy (Elliott) Crissey, of Manns Choice; sister- Ollie Lambert, of Central City; sister- Shirley Trimelloni, of Central City. Marilyn is preceded in death by son Kirby Lee Jr., grandson Christopher Lee Crissey and brothers Bob, Ralph, Ray, Jim, Dan, June and sisters Ruth and Ione.

She was a operator/ packer for Bedford Materials. Marilyn enjoyed bowling, bingo, crochet, spending time at the community center as a food server or helping wherever she could. She was a social butterfly who loved cooking and enjoyed lunches with friends.

A visitation will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 3-6 PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.

A visitation will be held Friday, May 19, 2023 from 10-11 AM at Robert F. Mulcahy Funeral Home at 305 Central Ave. Central City, PA. 15926.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 11 AM at Robert F. Mulcahy Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Marsh officiating.

Interment will be at Daley Cemetery, Central City, PA.
