Nancy L. Witt, 90, of Hyndman, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026 surrounded by her family at her home in Hyndman.

Nancy was born in Hyndman on February 4, 1936, daughter of the late Harry and Emma (Smith) Kirchner.

Nancy married her husband Kenneth R. Witt, who preceded her in death on June 3, 2017.

She is survived by daughter- Cindy Cadwallader, of Hyndman; son- Stephen Witt former companion of the late Kathy Calhoun, of Everett; four grandchildren: Amber N. Millerleile fiancé of Landy "Drew", of Yorktown, VA; Zachary A. Cadwallader (Kaylin), of Keyser, WV; Brian S. Witt, of Newport News, VA; Nathan A. Witt, of Hyndman; four great-grandchildren: Stephen C. Millerleile, Chase A. Millerleile, Gloria L. Gordley, Ryker J. Gordley; sister-in-law- Georgeanna Neat, of Irwin, PA; numerous nieces and nephews; along with special nieces: Ninalee, Kathy Pearl, Gay and neighbor- Sharon Shaffer. Nancy is preceded in death by her siblings: Eugene "Gene" Kirchner, Paul Kirchner, Irene Shroyer, Anna Winebrenner, Betty Jenkins, Bill Kirchner and Wilda Emerick.

Nancy was affiliated at the Grace Methodist Church in Hyndman. She had numerous jobs from working at a Dry Cleaners, Healthcare sitter and most importantly raising her children.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
