Patricia A. (Davis) Calhoun

Patricia A. Calhoun, 81, of Shaffer Mountain Road, New Paris, PA went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at UPMC Bedford, Snake Spring Twp., Everett, PA.

Mrs. Calhoun was born in Snake Spring Twp. on June 9, 1940, to Charles Davis and Freda (Mountain) James.

On August 15, 1960, Patricia married James R. Calhoun. He preceded her in death on October 8th, 2015.

She is survived by Daughter- Tina M. wife of Phillip Miller, New Paris; Son- James C. husband of Jody L. (Marks) Calhoun, Osterburg; Daughter- Theresa C. wife of James Hicks, Greensboro, NC; Daughter- Tonya C. wife of Jeffrey Shanberg, Greensboro, NC; Daughter- Melissa S. wife of Michael A. Diehl, New Enterprise; Grandchildren- Phillip Jr., Shawn, Jesse, Janelle, Jaden, Alek, Kyler & Caleb, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Patricia was strong in her faith and enjoyed attending church at Real Life Church, Bedford formerly known as the Village Church where she was a member.

Patricia was an astounding homemaker and beautiful Mother of five who created so many memories and instilled great morals and values in her family.  She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend who brought great joy to everyone who knew and loved her. Spending time with her family was very near and dear to Patricia's heart and she loved making memories with them. Patricia was humorous and witty with her words, which warmed her family and friends' hearts and brought a smile to their faces.

Friends will be received on Friday, February 11, 2022 from 5-8PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 11:00AM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg with Pastor Brian Swain officiating.

Interment at Schellsburg Cemetery.
