Rebecca L. George Edwards

Rebecca L. George Edwards, 75, of Bedford, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh, PA.

Rebecca was born in Coatesville, PA. on December 13, 1947, daughter of the late to Fred and Helen (Crowe) George.
She is survived by son- Tyler husband of Angie Edwards, of Bedford; son- Lance Edwards, of Harrisburg; former daughter-in-law- Angie Edwards, of Carlisle; brother- Bill George - brother, of NY; brother- Fred George, of AL; along with five grandchildren: Chase, Cole, Ethan, Aden, and Jaelyn.

Rebecca worked at Old Bedford Village in the Biddle House and the School House. She was a member of the Jailbirds Knit Group. She enjoyed farming, was a bee keeper, gardener, spinning and making rugs with her looms.

Becky never got old. She lived life to the fullest! She had so many hobbies, and she still had lots of goals. She stayed in touch and visited friends from high school regularly, especially her best friend Annette. She was the absolute best mom and grandma! Everyone who met her was comfortable in her presence. She was unique to this world, and she was an absolute hoot to hang out with! She will be so unbelievably missed by all who knew her. She was and is dearly loved.

A visitation will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 4-6 PM at the Church in Old Bedford Village.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 6 PM at the Church in Old Bedford Village.
