Robert P. Way (Bob), 77, of Osterburg went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 4, 2026 at Bedford Post Acute

Bob was born in Bedford on November 4, 1948, son of the late Harold and Lottie (Hengst) Way.

In the summer of '69 Bob met Sue Higgins.

On July 8, 1970, Bob and Sue were married in Framingham, Ma.

He has a daughter- Jennifer, of Osterburg; a son Mark, of Orlando, FL and his partner Marco of Koblenz, Germany. He is also survived by his brother- "Buster" Way, of Bedford; sister- Connie Shaffer, of Fishertown. His Sister Marie Hite died in 1989.

Robert was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church in Osterburg, and a member of the Bedford American Legion Post 113. He loved hunting and fishing, and being with friends and family always making us laugh.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 11 AM at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Osterburg with Pastor David Wright officiating and a light lunch will immediately follow to celebrate his life.
