Alisha Day Turner "Dee Dee", 41, of Helixville Road, Schellsburg, went to her eternal home with Jesus on Sunday, August 29, 2021 in Harrison Twp., Bedford County.
Dee Dee was born in Snake Spring Twp., on February 15, 1980, daughter of the late Nana D. Green and Leroy I. Turner who survives her of Shanksville.
She is survived by her Father- Leroy I. Turner and significant other- Robin Lambert, Shanksville; Son- Blaze C. Turner, Manns Choice; Daughter- Breanna B. Turner and significant other Rickey Butler, Duncansville; Daughter- Brooke E. Mickey and significant other Brandon Cobak, Florida; Son- Gunner L. Lehman, Hyndman; Grandchildren Serenity, Haisley, Brooklynn and Kai; Sister- Niki Green, Schellsburg; Brother- Michael Lodsdon, Hyndman; Stepmom Connie (Greg) Whitford, Hyndma; Nieces Laken Kiel and Shealen Weyandt and Great Nephews Colton and Carson.
Alisha was a member of the Bedford VFW Post #7527 and the Schellsburg VFW Post #4440.
She was affiliated with the Manns Choice Church of God.
Dee Dee loved the ocean and she enjoyed gambling. She was such an outgoing lady who was friends with everyone and always brought a smile to the room. Her favorite colors where black and pink. She loved her children and grandchildren so much and greatly enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Friends will be received for a visitation on Saturday, September 4, 2021 from Noon-2:00PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg where a Funeral Service will be held at 2:00PM with Pastor Aaron Whetstone officiating.
