Cynthia J (Imler) Crissman

Cynthia J. Crissman, 74, of Osterburg passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at home.

Cynthia was born in Bedford on November 17, 1948, daughter of the late Fred and Agnes (Feight) Imler.

On April 29, 1966 she married Joseph R. Crissman and he preceded her in death on November 14, 2011.

She is survived by son- Joseph Crissman Jr. husband of Sandra (Burgess) Crissman, of Osterburg; daughter- Tonya Jo Crissman-Clarr and fiance Gary Baker, of Osterburg; brother- Rudy Imler; brother- Randy Imler; brother- Stephen Imler; and sister- Shelva Shives. Cynthia is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Taylor Claar; Joseph Crissman III husband of Megan; TeiJa wife of Maynard Hall; Apryle Crissman fiance Ahmed Ibrahim, and 7 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother- Fred Thomas and brother-Jay Dee Imler.

Cynthia was a member of the Real Life Church for 71 years.
She was a Teacher Aid at Chestnut Ridge School District. Cynthia had 42 years in the Children's Ministry, she was a facilitator at Henderson Park, she traveled on Mission trips,  had 30 years on the St. Clairsville's Borough Council, and was a very active social member of the Imler Area Volunteer Fire Company where she helped with all of the functions.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from  3-7 PM at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford. A visitation will be December 1, 2022 from 10-11 AM at the Real Life Church, Bedford.

A funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December  1, 2022, at 11 AM at Real Life Church with Pastor Brian Swain officiating.  Interment will be at Osterburg Community Cemetery, Osterburg.
