Doris P. (Hoagland) Wolfe

Doris P. Wolfe,94, of Mountain Road,  Bedford, died Sunday, July 5, 2020 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.

Mrs. Wolfe was born in Dutch Corner on December 30, 1925, daughter of the late Samuel and Ada Mae (Shaffer) Hoagland.

On May 18, 1944 Doris married Ned B. Wolfe. He preceded her in death on December 1, 2014.

She is survived by  Daughter- Bonnie L. wife of  Herman Clouse, N. Fort Myers, FL; Son- Nathan "Sonny" N. Wolfe, Bedford; Grandchildren David Clouse, Amy Jo Davis, Brian Wolfe and Kelly Eaton; Great-grandchildren Alexander, Valentina, Olivia, Paige, McKinzie, Brandon and Nathan; Great-great grandchildren Fletcher, Noah and Naudia. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers- Kenny, Sylvester and Ray Hoagland and sisters- Gladys, Verna, Helen and Hazel.

Doris was the owner and operator of Breezy Acres Dress Shop. She was a lifelong dairy farmer, a great cook and also enjoyed baking. Doris enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was a member of  Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church, Fishertown, PA

Friends will be received on Thursday, July 9, 2020 from 10-11AM at Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church, Fishertown.

A funeral service will be held  at Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church, Fishertown at 11:00AM on Thursday, July 9, 2020 with Pastor Dan Oldham officiating.

Interment at Fishertown Cemetery.
